All Sales Are Final
At Your Gift Crew, LLC, all sales of our bundles are final. Due to the curated and often gift-based nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once the order has been processed.
Exceptions for Damages
We're here to help if your gift arrives less than perfect. Please inspect your bundle immediately upon reception. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@yourgiftcrew.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
In addition to our general final sale policy, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Cancellations
