Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number.
During peak times (such as holidays), processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your Gift Crew, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@yourgiftcrew.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
